Adults

Westminster’s classes and programs for adults encourage study, reflection, prayer and faith-sharing, pointing toward deeper engagement with God’s presence, purpose and work in our lives and our world.

Sunday Morning Classes

adult class

Sunday morning classes at 9:30 am cover a broad range, from Bible study to book studies and current events and topical discussions.

small groups

Small groups meet regularly for study and fellowship:

  • Monday Conversations are weekly at 1 pm on Zoom. Join the discussion about this week’s scripture and sermon. The Zoom meeting invitation is included in the Sunday sermon podcast email (subscribe here).
  • Wednesday Dessert Conversations are weekly at 7 pm on Zoom, providing time to connect, catch up with and encourage one another. The Zoom meeting invitation arrives via email on Wednesday mornings (subscribe here). (Wednesday Dinners, in non-COVID time, give time and space for fellowship over a home-cooked meal.)
  • Mary Martha Group meets the first and third Mondays of each month during the school year, 7–8:30 pm. Like Mary, we long to sit at the Lord’s feet, and like Martha, we want to serve the Lord. Knowing we fall short in both, we come together to discuss books and scripture; share joys and concerns in prayer; and grow in faith together. Ask a question or request more information.
  • Wednesday Bible Study Group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, 1–2:30 pm. New members are welcome. Ask a question or request more information.
  • Thursday Book Group meets weekly at 1 pm, in person or via Zoom. New members are always welcome. Ask a question or request more information.
  • Immersion Study of James; 1, 2 Peter; 1,2,3 John; and Jude: Meets via Zoom on the first and third Sundays at 7 pm. Please contact Bryce Babcock if you’re interested.
