The examination of congregational direction and ministry is a critical event in the life of a congregation. It is a time of making a choice about our collective future, including ultimately calling a new pastor. This moment provides an important opportunity for us all to share together in assessing who we are and where we see ourselves going.

The Holy Vision 2024 team is in the process of identifying who we are as a congregation. This survey is designed to assist in this task. This survey was developed by the Hartford Institute for Religion Research in Connecticut (www.hartfordinstitute.org). In addition to helping us understand our priorities, it will lay the foundation for a future pastoral search.
