sunday worship
We welcome all in worship, Sundays at 11 am–noon. Hymns, prayers, Bible readings and sermon give time and space for individual and corporate worship. Dress ranges from Sunday best to casual; please come as you are. Children of any age are welcome in worship. Our sanctuary PRAYground provides quiet activities to help children engage in worship in age-appropriate ways. Nursery care is also available. Ushers can provide you with a large print bulletin or a wireless hearing assistance unit.
learn and grow
Two adult classes meet regularly on Sundays at 9:30 am: a Bible study group, and a group discussing relevant books and other topics of interest. Sunday school classes for elementary students through teenagers also take place Sundays at 9:30 am.
teaching and preaching
Sunday sermons help us consider everyday life and challenges in light of scripture. We are encouraged to put into practice in every aspect of life Jesus’ teaching to love our neighbor, and to replace fears, prejudices and preconceived ideas with openness, kindness and generosity.
music at westminster
Our choir rehearses weekly, to help lead us in worship, to present anthems each week as well as to perform larger choral and instrumental compositions. Our bell choir plays periodically in worship, rehearsing as needed. We welcome your participation. To learn more, please contact Director of Music Shawn McDonald.
