The Three Ethics of Permaculture

• Earth Care includes all living and non-living things: plants (day 3), animals (days 5 and 6), land (day 3), water (day 2), and air (day 6?)
• People Care promotes self-reliance and community responsibility: access to resources necessary for existence
• Fair Share (setting limits to population and consumption): reinvest surplus: contribution of surplus time, labor, money, information, and energy to achieve the aims of earth and people care
